Please be aware that it is your responsibility to make sure you have provided the correct vehicle information. If you are unsure on what type of CarPlay System you require for your vehicle then please get in touch with us via email  or our facebook account. 

 

Cancellations & Returns Policy

 

We as the supplier have the right to cancel any orders if necessary. If your order is cancelled for any reason we will notify you within 24 hour period via email.  We have the right to charge a admin and restocking fee in the event of you as the customer have cancelled the order. All return shipping of goods is the customers responsibility. We do recommend that you ship any items using trackable methods.

All returned goods must be fully completed and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned within  the original box, along with any packaging and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.

All our Interface (carplay unit) or screen products are custom made depending on the specification of the individual vehicle and orders are fulfilled based on the information the customer has provided us with there vehicle details. Certain products* are made to order which are non-refundable.

Any returned components will be tested with our specialist team before any replacement or repair is approved. If we identify a problem with either the hardware or software*, then we will arrange a repair if fixable or replacement of any defective components within the warranty time frame.

Please note, that we are not liable for any damages during installation. All products bought are self installation with an option to be installed by our fitters at a fee. If you have purchased fitting you will be contacted to arrange a date for installation. We express to you to stick to the time and date provided as if not this creates a back log on other fittings. If you are running late please inform us ASAP via our Facebook chat or email. In the event of us ( Elite CarPlay) cancelling your fitting we will provide you with 24hour notice and rearrange to the next available date/time convenient to you.

Warranty

All products come with our ELITE  12 month warranty. There is a option to upgrade to have a 2 year warranty at a fee, please contact us on the email provided. We extensively test every product before dispatching to ensure full quality. In the unlikely event of a problem, firstly contact our customer  support team directly elitecarplay@outlook.com.

Refund Policy

Prior to a refund being processed, all returned items will be inspected by us. If at this point we discover any damage or missing parts, we will deduct reasonable additional costs where applicable. Any shipping costs and installation fees originally paid cannot be refunded .

A refund will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving the goods, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the correct returns process . We can only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. 

Small Print

 

Audi 2G kits are not plug and play they need to hard wired into the gateway 3-4 wires 

*Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto® software is maintained by the respective owners. The operational experience is dependent on a fully functional and compatible phone handset. We are not responsible for errors within these platforms.

Google and huawei phone's will not be  wireless but will still work if plugged in using our usb cable that we provide. 

Apple phone's will need iphone 6 or later software for the system to work at all. This can be either wireless or wired .

Android phone's can be wireless or wired but we recommend wired for a better connection .
